This year Rose Day was held on Thursday 30th August. Business and Chinese students used the opportunity to raise funds for their upcoming trip to China next month.

Roses were available for purchase at $4 each by students and staff.  They were preordered with a message and then delivered to the lucky recipients in their classrooms.

The reasons for giving someone a rose were many: as a token of friendship, a pick-me-up for someone in need of cheering up, or for that special someone.
