Members of the Institute of Sport and level 1 physical education and year 10 sports education classes enjoyed a visit to Flip Out Trampoline Arena in Nelson towards the end of last term.

Some students had been to the arena before, while it was a first for many others.  The trip was an chance for students to challenge themselves in a range of activities which included dodge ball, shooting hoops from traps, learning how to back flip and parkour. 

It was a great opportunity and a fun time for all.
