Music Information 2022

Kay Mackenzie, Head of Music —

We have decided to go digital with our annual 'Meet the Tutor' and 'Music Department Information Evening' events to give you a full insight from the comfort of your own home.

This video provides a walkthrough of the department rehearsal spaces, a step-by-step guide to applying to lessons online, introduction from each of our instrumental tutors, and a sample of some of our award winning co-curricular music ensembles.

If you are interested in lessons or joining a group, sit back relax and enjoy this informative and entertaining video.

If you have any follow-up questions, our Music Administrator, Jules Ferguson Brill is available to help you on your musical journey.

Don't forget, if you were part of the lesson programme last year, you also need to make sure you sign-up for 2022 using the online form to ensure you don't miss out on this popular opportunity. Applications for itinerant music lessons close 11 February.

Ensemble sign up sheets are in the performing arts corridor. Please put your name down if you are interested in joining a choir, jazz, band, orchestra or concert band.
