Nayland College Choirs NayCol Chorale and AugMENted will be travelling to Melbourne next week to perform in the Victorian Schools Music Festival.

The choirs have had a number of performances here locally in preparation for the trip to Melbourne.  These have included the national Big Sing competition, the schools 'Gala Concert' which was held in the Theatre Royal Nelson and  a number of community concerts.

One such event was a performance for the residents of the Sunset retirement village in Stoke last week.  The residence were very appreciative and a number generously contributed towards costs by donating funds towards the costs of taking the group to Australia.
