Time to make music together again

Kay Mackenzie —

Start tuning your voices and instruments because music lessons and school co-curricular music ensembles are gearing up to kick-start again under Alert Level 2. If you haven't been part of a choir or ensemble yet, it's not too late to join.

We will be holding meetings next week to connect, discuss safe performance measures including social distancing and of course issue some fun new music to rehearse.

If you have been missing the camaraderie of social groups and would like to join or try an ensemble, we would welcome new members. Anyone who has a love of singing can join one (or more) of the College Choirs. Instrumentalists can be placed in Orchestra, Jazz Band or Concert Band based on their interests and talents. Please feel free to pop-in to the Music Office to speak to Mrs Ferguson or Miss Mackenzie to discuss these opportunities any time.

All itinerant instrumental lessons will also be commencing on Tuesday 19 May and lesson timetables are displayed outside the Music Office. We look forward to seeing you all back, helping you to settle in and making music again.
