The level 3 PE class completed a duathlon assessment at Rabbit Island on the 18th September.

The duathlon consisted of a 2.6km run, 10km bike and a 1.3km run to the finish. Most students succeeded in completing the race within the 49 minute mark to pass - and some in less than 40 minutes! 

This was a great result after eight weeks in training.

A highlight was competing against the other colleges.   

Damon Nuhaj was our fastest athlete in 38:30 mins.
