We have out-of-zone places available at all year levels. Visit www.nayland.school.nz/enrol to apply online, or collect an enrolment pack from reception.

The deadline for receipt of applications for out-of-zone places is 4pm Friday 23 August. Parents of students who live within the home zone should also apply by this date.

Enrolment at Nayland College is governed by an enrolment scheme, details of which are available from the school reception or our website www.nayland.school.nz/enrolment

The board has determined that there are likely to be approximately 50 places available for Year 9 out-of-zone students and 50 out-of-zone places available for Year 10-13 students in 2025. The exact number of places will depend on the number of applications received from students who live within the school’s home zone.

An application for enrolment may be completed online through our website. Alternatively, hard copies are available at our school reception.

If the number of out-of-zone applications exceeds the number of places available, students will be selected by ballot. If a ballot is required, it will be held on Monday 9 September. Parents will be informed of the outcome of the ballot within three school days of the ballot being held.
