Daniel Wilson —

Dear parents/caregivers

It is difficult to believe we are heading into the final week of the school year. It has been an absolute pleasure to watch the triumphs and challenges our students have had throughout 2019. On Wednesday evening we had our annual Graduation Dinner, which was once again a very emotional celebration and a fitting way to say goodbye to our Year 13s. I would like to thank the PTA and Hospitality Crew (led by Ms Michaela Nicholas) for organising the evening and providing an amazing meal, all prepared and cooked by our own students.

I am now looking forward to the final week of the year which involves our junior students participating in a wide range of activities and our final prizegiving for the year.

As this is our final newsletter in 2019, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in making Nayland College such a wonderful, vibrant organisation over the past year. To all of our students, staff, parents, volunteers, coaches/managers, businesses and community groups I wish you all the very best for the upcoming festive season. I look forward to continuing to work positively with you all in 2020.

Ngā mihi nui
