Nayland College's Dean network incorporates four House Deans, two Transition Deans, a Learning Support Coordinator and an administration support team, all of whom provide support and care for our young people from Year 9 through to Year 13.  Our comprehensive support service allows us to meet the diverse needs of our students, enabling them to reach their potential in all facets of school life. 

We are looking for a person who has experience working with youth.  You will be responsible for complementing the support of our students and the staff working with them.
Your role will be varied and intrapersonal skills will be paramount, along with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
You will need a high level of initiative, a can-do attitude, strong cultural awareness and the ability to anticipate the needs of your work colleagues and students.  You will need computer literacy and have a full drivers licence.
