The aim of this unit is to 'accept challenges, follow safe practices and make safe choices in a variety of challenges'.

Students will then evaluate the impact of accepting challenges on wellbeing and discuss the importance of safety protocols. Challenges include bench and balcony activities, blind-fold activities and gymnastics.

Here some students create pyramids from a range of gymnastic challenges and take on the bench activities during PE.
