Does your child have access to the internet at home?

Nayland College Official —

The Ministry of Education are continuing to work towards supporting families who do not have access to the internet from home. Please contact Sarah Luton if you require support.

In response to the Covid-19 global pandemic, the Ministry of Education are working with internet service providers to support schools and kura in delivering schooling to students at a distance.

Many schools are connecting through the internet with their students at home. To help your family or whānau take part in this, the Ministry of Education have arranged subsidised home internet connections for 6 months.

If you have already received a modem directly from the Ministry and you do not require use of this, please return to Nayland College and we will send it back to the Ministry on your behalf so that those in need can make use of it. Note: Each modem has been tagged to a specific address and cannot simply be passed on to friends/neighbours.

If you do require support with internet access for your home, please email Sarah Luton and confirm your home address.
