The PPTA has advised the Nayland College School Board that unless there is progress with negotiations, its member teachers at our school will take part in a third full day strike on Tuesday 9 May. Furthermore, from Thursday 4 May to Thursday 8 June, different year levels will be rostered home based on a schedule outlined by the PPTA and shared below. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Rostering home schedule:

Week 2: Thursday 4 May - Year 11

Week 3: Tuesday 9 May - ALL year levelsThursday 11 May - Year 13

Week 4: Tuesday 16 May - Year 9 / Wednesday 17 May - Year 10

Week 5: Thursday 25 May - Year 11

Week 6: Tuesday 30 May - Year 13 / Thursday 1 June - Year 12

Week 7: Tuesday 6 June - Year 10 / Thursday 8 June - Year 9

**Please note that all Seussical musical production rehearsals will continue as per usual.

Supervised study for juniors

If making alternative arrangements for junior students is difficult, we can provide supervised study in the Library. Students will be supervised by non-PPTA teaching staff and will need to bring their own online study to work on.

If you need to send your child to school for supervised study, please register via our online form.

Students registered for supervised study will need to sign in at the Library by 8:50am. They will be supervised until the usual end time of 3:15pm.

Buses will not be running Tuesday 9 May so you will need to make your own transport arrangements. Buses will run as usual on all other days.

Thank you for your understanding.
