We will be celebrating Matariki this year through our very own Nayland College Hui Taurima which will be held during our last week of term.

Nayland College’s three choirs participated in The Big Sing on Friday the 16th of June. The annual regional event, held at Old St John’s on Hardy St, included choirs from as far afield as Picton. 

Online enrolments are now open for 2018.  Packs will be delivered to contributing schools over the coming two weeks.  Now is an exciting time to be inspired at Nayland College!

Thursday 29 June is our annual Teen Health Boost Day wherein health professionals in the district volunteer their time to come into each school to give free health checks.

Physical Education teacher and Head of House for Phoenix, Jo Cotton is the second teacher featured for our 'Friday Five' questions.

Nayland College Head of Performing Arts, Mr. Nigel Weeks, is on his way to the world championships as conductor of the National Band of New Zealand.

Nayland College teacher Mark Lewers decided to join the police force when he was only 22 years old. He went through 2-3 years of training in Auckland, going from a probationary constable to a constable.

Our Business Centre Manager Bev Williams is moving up to the North Island and we are currently advertising.  Applications close this Monday 26 June 2017.
