Tourism is our fastest growing export product. This course will introduce you to the employment opportunities that this sector offers and can lead on to a Certificate of Tourism

There will be a combined Level 2/3 course open to Year 12 and Year 13 students who would like to explore a career in tourism.

This course can be studied for a full year or by semester (two terms).

Getting familiar with NZ as a tourist destination.

What impact does tourism have on physical environment, social / cultural impact, economic impacts.

Working with international visitors.

This course is internally assessed through Unit standards.
