On this course we will be investigating the scientific techniques behind genetic modification and researching how New Zealanders feel about Genetically Modified Organisms.
This course is designed to cover 2 Level 3 Internal standards worth 6 credits.
It involves learning about the development of technology behind genetic modification and how people feel about the issue of introducing genetically modified organisms to New Zealand.
Requirements
Text books will be required.
Assessment
Achievement standards 91602 and 91607 both worth 3 credits at level 3.
