Join us on Sunday, November 5th for Junior Surf's opening day at 10am! It's all about fun, inclusivity, and learning surf safety. Bring a friend and make new friends.

Junior Surf runs on Sundays from 10am -12pm starting in 2024 on the 7th of January. Please arrive by 9:45am to sign in.

We are getting ready for the start of the season. We need your help! We are organizing our annual working bee to keep our club looking great and we would love to have you on board.

There will be a Club Day / Christmas Celebration at New Brighton on 17 December starting at 10am.

Save the date. Santa will be visiting New Brighton on Saturday the 8th of December with a little help from New Brighton SLSC.

A huge congratulations to Kirsty Cullen & Stu Bryce who were recently awarded a New Zealand Service Award at the Surf Lifesaving New Zealand Awards of Excellence in Wellington.

The first new surf boat to arrive in New Zealand for over two years was named the 'Willie Kindred' at a recent ceremony at the New Brighton SLSC in honor of Club Life Member Mike 'Willie' Kindred.

The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the New Brighton Surf Bathing and Lifesaving Club Inc was held on the 29th of July. A new club committee was elected at the AGM.
