Planning and Reporting - 2023 Audit

It is a busy time for all of us as we collate all the required documents for the annual audit.

The MOE does have templates that you can use.

The audit process should be straightforward as outlined in the MOE documentation. If this is not the case please let us know and we will address this with the Auditor General. Our mission is to support and empower you as a principal.

Annual Implementation Plan - a reminder that this needs to be on your website by March 31.

Grants - we have had an excellent response to our call for applications for funding. At our executive meeting this week, our Grants Committee will consider all the applications and will shortly afterwards notify all applicants.

Reminder- NZPF Service Certificate – Retiring Principals

To mark the retirement of school principals, NZPF has a special Service Award. If your local principals’ association is aware of any retiring principals then have your President email us the principal’s name(s) and where you would like the certificate to be sent. We will then prepare a Service Award which will be sent for presentation.

Policy: Our pou is working alongside the Policy Division of the Ministry to help clarify policy requirements. We welcome your feedback on policy development.
