Meetings will be held on a Monday in the Boardroom at 6.00 pm. Board meetings are held in public and open to any interested party to attend.

Should any member of the public wish to speak at a Board meeting on a particular matter, they must first request permission to do so from the Board Chair on or before the Wednesday prior to the meeting. The request for permission must specify the meeting they wish to speak at, the topic they wish to speak about and the name of the person/s who wishes to speak. If such permission is granted it may include a limit on the amount of time they will be allowed to speak.
