Senior Model UN

On Thursday 1 August we held our annual Senior Model United Nations event, covering civics education in a fun simulation. Our students took on the role of an assigned country to debate the resolution 'The Question of International Cyber Warfare'. After general debate, amendments, and a quick problem solving workshop about the bombing of the Rainbow Warrior, the countries finally found a common ground and ultimately decided to pass the resolution. A massive thanks for Brynn Pierce and Susannah Sam for their organisation, and UN Youth Wellington for coming in and running the day.
