Mathswell 2024

Newlands College sent 24 keen mathematicians to compete in the Wellington Mathematics Association Mathswell. This day was hosted by Victoria University Wellington and had our teams of six competing at each year level against other Wellington region schools. The day included lots of fast paced problem solving and a tour of the University's facilities. Newlands College performed extremely well, with all six teams getting into the Cup final, indicating they were top 10 placed across the region.
