Our school website is your first provider of information about our school. The next source is your classroom teacher. If you cannot find the information you need, contact your child’s teacher via email or call the office.

School Hours

Our school hours are 8.45am to 2.55pm. The school office is open each day 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Absences/Arriving Late

Please register your child's absence on SkoolLoop or call 04 4788195 to leave a message if your child is going to be absent from school. Please do this before 9am. If your child late, they must sign in at the office before going to class.

Buses

Tranz Urban provide a school bus service every day to and from school for students who live west of State Highway 1. Contact Metlink for information on these services. A member of our leadership team supervises the bus departures each day.

Music Centre

An after-school music centre is available for intermediate and primary students who would like to learn a musical instrument. Contact the office to find out about this facility.

Enrolments in guitar, violin, piano, and flute open in February. Look out for the information about this which will be on the website and sent via email.

Lunch Orders

We provide a lunch ordering facility on 3 days a week – Ezylunch. This can be accessed via Kindo.

Counselling

We have an experienced counsellor who works with us for 2 days a week.

BYOD

We are a BYOD school. We recommend a Chromebook as the device of choice for our students.

Uniform

Uniform is compulsory at our school and can be purchased from New Zealand Uniforms in Thorndon Quay. Uniform must be worn to all school events. PE uniform must be worn for fitness, sport and PE sessions which occur most days.

PLEASE NAME ALL YOUR CHILD’S UNIFORM.

We have a Learning Hub that provides rich learning opportunities for a wide range of students.

Our school news is shared with the community a couple of times a term. These publications are written by the students and emailed to you directly.
