Ngatea Primary School operates an enrolment scheme, introduced by the Board of Trustees on 23 July 2018, to help us manage roll growth and ensure we can continue to provide high-quality learning environments and support for all students. Whānau who live within the school’s enrolment zone are entitled to enrol at Ngatea Primary School.

Families who live outside the zone are also welcome to apply through the out-of-zone enrolment process, which may include a ballot. We warmly invite all prospective families and whānau to explore the information below and encourage you to make an appointment to meet with our Principal, Neil Fraser. We value building strong relationships from the very beginning and look forward to getting to know you and your child.
