Ngatea Primary School adheres to the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Education, which shapes our school curriculum based on the New Zealand Curriculum. Some components are mandatory. We have been monitoring any potential changes to the Relationships and Sexuality Education (R&SE) curriculum following the recent change of government. To date, the Ministry has not issued any updates.
