School Board Elections

Dear parents/caregivers
The time has come for Ngutuawa parents/caregivers to have their say and vote for the best possible candidates to become our board of trustees, attached are the candidate's statements and information. Also attached are the voting papers.
We ask everyone to read over the candidate's statements and vote for who you think is the best fit.
These need to be handed into the school office or sent via post. Details are below

A brief outline of what will happen over the next few weeks
Candidate Statements will be sent out on 24th August
Voting papers will be sent out on 24th August
Election day will be 21st September, and will close at 4 pm.
Accepted postal votes will be until 26th September
Counting votes will be on the 27th of September
The winners will be contacted
The New board will meet on the 28th of September
Parents/caregivers will be let know who the new board members will be.
How to return your voting paper
Please read carefully before voting.
1. If posting your voting paper, post it to:
10 GOULD CRESCENT, WOOLSTON 8023 CHCH

If posted, your vote must be received by the returning officer no later than 5 days after the date of the election, which is Monday 26th September.
Try to post it as early as possible, as New Zealand Post has reduced postal delivery days in most areas.
2. If delivering your voting paper, deliver it to:
