Deirdre Panapa who runs DP Herbals and is one of our Te Pūtahitanga Whānau Ora Navigators is holding a pop-up clinic at the Mairehau centre!

If you haven't met her yet, Deirdre Panapa is one of our Whānau Navigators, coming from a health-based perspective. Some of you may already have had visits with her, but if you haven't she is a nurse with over 20 years experience who went back to college and studied to become a registered clinical herbalist and now has her own business, DP Herbals which was established in 2010. She usually works out of her clinic in Sydenham, and we send whānau who need some help with getting their health on track to her via the Whānau Navigator pathway. 

To make things easier for whānau, Deirdre is going to be having pop-up clinics at both centres and if you are interested in seeing her for a bit of help or a kōrero about your health needs you can book in for a consult time. These are mini-consults of 15 minutes and we can support any whānau who need further help with additional visits to her clinic.

When: 15 minute appointments between 9.00 am and 3pm
