Senior Notice - Takiri and Kaitau
Dear Parents/Caregivers of Tākiri and Kaitau (Senior Hub) - Week 2 10 May 2024
Dear Parents/Caregivers
Welcome back to term 2 and a special welcome to our new pupils and their families to Tākiri and Kaitau: We are sure you will enjoy your time at Northcote School and make lots of new friends.
We have a lot planned this term. We have already had 26 of our Toitoi students go to PWC for a careers day. Students spoke and learned about different roles and the importance of enjoying what you do. The highlight for many of the students was the role of IT, where they were able to experience a virtual reality exercise. Free bus, free food, lots of learning opportunities - A great Day!
Dancing Like the Stars programme for our Y6 students will also continue this year with most of the behind the scenes preparation completed. We also had our first session today and we look forward to sharing our performance with you at the town Hall. More information will be sent home later in the term regarding media forms, dates and tickets.
