This week, we were lucky enough to have the Duffy Theatre team come to visit!

As part of being a Duffy school, once a year we get a visit from the Duffy Theatre which is a theatrical show that our tamariki get to sit back and enjoy.

This year’s show is called ‘Calling Detective Duffy - Stat!’. Duffy and his little brother Scruffy became detectives and, using help from the audience, had to solve the mystery of who was changing the stats on their cousin, Crystal Kea’s, Brekkie Bites trading card!

A particular shoutout to Micah from Paerangi 2 who suggested to Duffy and Scruffy that they read their detective manuals to help solve the mystery, and then offered them the help of all Te Kura o Matarangi students! Ask your child to tell you what the end result was… and maybe ask them about rats and mice too!
