Fun Science Club at Home

Wild Dunedin —

Amadeo was one of the first to come up with some ideas on how to do his regular Moana Pool Fun Science and Observatory clubs by live streaming from home. The children who attend his Fun Science events suggested he share the events with others. Now how can he replicate the Moana Pool at home?

Amadeo will be demonstrating fun science activities using his bath at home, his kitchen, garden and the stars at night from his backyard. There will be up to four live streams every week.

Find about the aliens that live in your backyard

Gaze at the stars - live on Friday nights at 7.30pm

The science of cooking - making tortilla

The science of soap ( very relevant to COVID-19 guidelines)

Here is where you will find Amadeo up to 4 times a week:

Here is an example of a live stream session:

Be prepared to have fun with balloons and bubbles, and at the same time learn some science on how octopus propel themselves through the water, and the science of soap (relevant to our isolation!).
