Summary of changes and education videos.

The new IIHF Rule Book was published on 1 July 2018, and regions will have or will shortly begin using it in their local competitions. The first NZIHF National League to use the new rules will be the NZJIHL, on 18 October.

Ice Hockey Australia have provided us with a useful summary of the changes from the old to the new rule book (see attachment). It is recommended that all officials, coaches, and players familiarise themselves with this document as there are some significant changes to the rules.
