The Year 5 Hub went to Woodend for Camp on the 4th and 5th of December. The children had an awesome time and completed outdoor activities like go cart driving, climbing wall, orienteering, team building, archery and air rifles. 

I know for a lot of students this was their first experience being away from home for a night, and they enjoyed this. There was a lot of excitement when getting settled into bunk rooms!

The weather was beautiful while we were at Woodend.  The sun shone and children particularly enjoyed the water slide on the hot evening. During their free time the students could also play gaga dodgeball, go on the maypole, play mini golf and use the trampolines. 

We could not have done the camp without the very generous and proactice support of the parent volunteers who gave up their time to come and help. Thank you to these parents for being such great supporters of the students. Matt, Rae and myself also really appreciated having Jan Hall come with us to camp.
