Whanau Hui is an important part of each class's day at Oaklands School

Positive Behaviour for Learning is a consistent, school-wide approach. As part of this, each class in the school starts their day with a Whanau Hui. During this time classes share notices, sing waiata, go over the daily plan, as well as celebrate successes, birthdays and achievements. Whanau Hui is a positive way to start the day and as the term goes on some classes may join together for their morning Hui.
