Our Year 7&8 Students travel to link on Tuesday morning for their Technology programmes.

Each week our students go on a bus to Lincoln Technology Centre to take part in a fantastic Technology programme.

Throughout the year, students take part in Hard Materials, Soft Materials, Food Technology, Design Technology, Science and Mandarin lessons. Students learn many hands on skills as well as how to follow the design process. For many of our senior students, this is a major highlight of their week.

Students have made tables, bags, 3D printed objects, a range of food items and much more. Students come back from Technology eager to show us what they have made and tell us all about what they have been doing.

Each week, for the second half of the year, the students have had a 30 minute Mandarin lesson, which they then follow up as part of their SML in class. It has been good to see students enthusiastic about learning a new language.
