My name is Steve Ladbrook and I have been part of the Oaklands School community since 2011, teaching in Years 7-8. Before teaching at Oaklands I have been at a range of schools, taught a range of ages and had a range of responsibilties. I am currently teaching in the Year 7/8 area of the school and I am enjoying the challenges that come with teaching this age group. I have enjoyed teaching collaboratively this year and I am looking forward to doing this again next year. My other official roles at school include ICT, leading the Solo Taxonomy team and mentoring the Senior Year 7/8 Leaders.

I am also part of the Oaklands parent community. My daughter is currently in Year 2, so I wear many hats here at Oaklands School.

When I am away from school, I like to spend my time reading books, drinking coffee and listening to music.
