Student Information Sheets
Sent home on Monday with your child was an envelope containing your child's Student Information Sheet.
Each year we send these out so that you can check all your details are correct in our database. Please make sure you have an up to date email address and that your contact details are correct. There is an instruction sheet enclosed in the envelope as well giving you instructions on how to deal with the form.
These need to be returned to the school office by Friday 4th November please.
