We have enjoyed a busy Term 1. Here are some highlights from each of the children.

Enzo – Being in the Chinese student group singing on the stage, disco,Top team. 

Sammy – Top team, the caterpillars and butterflies, going to Choir, sausage sizzle and having Mum helping, bake sale. 

Poppy – The shared breakfast, the disco, the butterfliesin our whanau room. 

James – Rimu house winning the points for the term, Top team,chinese singing for Multi Cultural day, shared breakfast. 

Ra - Hosting at Assembly, Top team. 

Mariam – The police visit, swimming, Top team. 

Muno – Visiting the dental van. 

Ruby - Being in the choir. 

Taylor -Free swims. 

Charlotte – Making a new friend, beng in the choir, disco, butterflies in our whanau room, bake sale, sausgae sizzle, shared breakfast.

Joanah – Learning new things like in Maths and Reading

Carter – The swimming teacher visit, my Dad doing the sausgae sizzle

Harmanpreet – Swimming in class and free swims, wearing my Indian clothes on Cultural day, Top team, caterpillars and butterflies in our room. 

Aidan – Top team, the disco, Weetbix Tryathlon and getting the medal

Lenny – Hosting the Assembly and saying my mihi, disco, Multi Cultural day

Judd – Playing survival with my friends at break times, the disco, sausage sizzle, bake sale, Multi Cultural day

Arden – Swimming, top team, making a new friend

Liam – Multi-Cultural days and playing the Survival game at lunch time, Top Team, swimming, disco, being recorded with my writing for Assembly, doing writing and maths, bake sale, caterpillras and butterflies, sausage sizzle. 

Ethan – Having shared breakfast, multi-cultural days, swimming and playing the survival game with my friends, sausage sizzle, maths, writing, reading, Weetbix Tryathlon and the photo at school.

We are sad to say goodbye to Muno, Tiffiny and Chelsea this week. We have really enjoyed having them in our hub and we wish them well at their new schools.

Amelia- My highlight was top team- We had to block the holes and the water went all over us

Narges- My highlight was top team- There was a stick and a container of water and you had to put the water in the other container. Whoever had to most water won.

Austin- My highlight was top team- I liked helping Mrs King

Lucy- My highlight was top team- There were so many activities and all the activities were fun

Preet- My highlight was working together to create a sentence

Charles- My highlight was top team- I liked the block part as we got to make long towers and see who has the longest tower

Fletcher- My highlight was top team- It had water and I like getting covered in water
