Last Friday the year 7/8's held their annual formal. It was a BLAST!

This year the formal committee put together a very successful  event. The theme for the night was Red carpet and the decorations included a photo booth, red carpet, snow-cone machine, red roses for the centerpieces and balloons and streamers (black, white and gold).  

We made props e.g Hollywood stars, Clapper Boards and The Hollywood sign. Everyone looked stunning in their fancy outfits. The boys looked sharp in their suits and the girls looked phenomenal in their dresses.

We danced the night away with a Rock n Roll reel, Waltz,  Rock n Roll dance and a Line dance. A feature of the evening was a Snowball Waltz. During the Snowball we released a shower of black, white and gold balloons from the ceiling.

We would like to give a special thanks to Rosalind Bongalon, as well as Sean and Siobhan Nolan for helping us on the night to make our formal look amazing. Our three teachers, Miss Berquist, Mr Muller and Mr Brown were a really big help as well by supporting us and providing the equipment to achieve this years formal.
