Week 8 in Hub 7/8

Sarah Baker —

New displays in the 7/8 Hub

As we move forward after tough and unsettled times we are finding strength in each other. We have created these collaborative pieces together as a Hub to show that we are back in our waka and working together.

Special mention to Jennifer, Amber, Missy and Rose B for weaving all of our pieces together.

Kelly Sport - Getting kids active at schools!

We are lucky enough to be having weekly sessions with a Kelly Sport instructor for the remainder of term. Our instructor is teaching a variety of activities and games that students can use during fitness, at break times and during PALs sessions.

Eden - I like the games Hugh is teaching us because he makes the games different by changing things up.

Lincoln - Our second session has been the best so far because my team won!

Abdul - It is fun! We are learning lots of different games and skills with less sport gear.

Taifou - It is fun because there is lots of running.

Avia - This week's session was fun because we got to verse against different teams.

Technology

Technology is now back up and running at Lincoln Primary School. The students are back to the last rotation they were in from Term 1.

Groups A & G - Design and Innovation

Groups B & C - STEAM

Groups D & E - E-textiles

Group F - Food

Wellington

The Year 8 students have been helping with the preparation of the timetable for the Wellington Camp. Students will submit their ideas for a planned timetable and the most common ideas will be considered and planned fore. If you have any outstanding chocolate money please return to the hub.
