Activity fees and Stationery lists 2016

Click here to download and find out more about what students will be doing or need in Term 1 2016.

Below are PDFs of activity fee sheets and stationery lists for Term 1 2016. These were sent home with reports on Thursday 17th December 2015. If your child did not bring them home there are spares in the office, or you can download and print the information from here.

Activity fees and permission:

  • IMPORTANT: Fees for 2016 activities cannot be accepted before 1st January 2016 due to school accounting procedures.
  • Wrap It Up: This is a new online service that lets you give permission and pay at the same time - the information sheet can also be downloaded below. We will be gradually moving to use this for every activity, and moving away from fee sheets. Please try it out and let us know what you think!
  • Year 6 camp at Waipara: we apologise for an error in the printed sheets! The actual cost of this camp is $200, not $225.
  • Health & Safety: Fees and permission for all activities must be received 5 days prior for all activities, including those happening early in the term (e.g. Jellie Park, Waipara camp). This is so that all Health & Safety requirements can be met and arrangements can be made for students not participating to stay under supervision at school.

Stationery lists:

  • Where to buy: You have the option of buying stationery online from eenymeeny or from physical shops like Warehouse Stationery, PaperPlus and OfficeMax.
  • Year 4-8: your lists include a "magazine box", which is a very useful tool in the classroom. These can be bought from Warehouse Stationery, The Warehouse, or online as part of an eenymeeny pack.
