The Landing Sunday Sessions

Kia ora

The Sunday Sessions at The Landing are going to be held again in November and December. These family friendly events were very successful last year and it would be great to spread the word within the community.

The Landing Sunday Sessions will be held over four Sundays from 2pm-4pm on 20th & 27th November and 4th and 11th December. We have an excellent line up of live music to keep everyone entertained. Christchurch based bands Assembly Required will be playing on November 20th and December 11th, Brendan Gregg will play on November 27th and Topia will be play on December 4th

Halloween Trick or Treat Ferrymead for Nina's Journey

My name is Louise Haley.

I work for Plunket South Canterbury, but also work for two other charities. Fear NZ and Nina's Journey.

Fear NZ which usually run horror charity events for The Cancer Society, Plunket, Heat Kids and now Nina's Journey. Rory Foley is bring this skills to Ferrymead Chch to run three horror nights and a Trick or Treat Family Fun Day on the 30th October. It's a safe and fun way for children to Trick or Treat, ride the Trams and Trains, dress up, play games, win prizes and enjoy The Edge Candy Bar.

It's going to be an amazing day!

Nina Keer is a beautiful three year old who was born with Cerebral Palsy, Spastic Quadriplegia. She is unable to sit, stand or talk. But with SDR surgery in the States, it will hopefully bring her a less painful and better quality of life in her future. This come at a cost of $120,000, and we are working very hard to help her get there.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me either via email or on 021 2555 280.

Thank you for your time, and look forward to hearing from you.

Warmest regards
