Being a leader is hard work and rewarding, the student leaders are finding out.

This term, the  Student Leaders have been learning about what being a House Captain, Head Boy etc means. This takes time and lots of training. This term, the Student Leaders have met every week to undertake training. The training has covered:

• Public Speaking 
  
• Have to run an effective meeting
  
• How to show integrity 
  

Each of the leaders has a project they are trying to implement. The House Captains have decided to collaborate on an initiative whereby students can earn house points by picking up rubbish. Check out their Google Slide they created as part of their presentation. Part of this project includes monitoring how the initiative is going and keeping people informed how it is going.
