Last Thursday two teams of students represented Oaklands Te Kura o Ōwaka at the South West Literacy Quiz competition.

The students involved in the Literacy Quiz were:

Huatau - Harseerat Kaur, Delaney Wall, Lily Riding, Carter Scott, Lucy Bebbington & Charlotte Bebbington

Komingo - Griffin Bryce, Sean Sun, Olive Duncan, Amelia White, George Ren & Megan Siave

The teams finished in third and equal sixth place and impressed the organisers with their encouragement of each other and collaboration.
