The instructor, Sensei Dan Jakes has been training for thirty years in Shotokan Karate. Dan holds a third degree black belt and is a previous New Zealand national champion and national team member. Dan has twenty years of teaching and coaching experience and is a qualified teacher.

and a child under 18 (or a health condition, or a person over 65) living in the house.

25% OFF insulation for all other households.

Conditions apply. Please note that this includes the cost of the insulation assessment, product and

installation.
