Multicultural Parade - On Wednesday morning we had our school Multicultural Parade - it was amazing to see students proudly representing their cultures with others! Our Year 7/8 Kapa Haka group opened the parade with an outstanding performance - check out the video above.

Music Festival - The largest annual event in the South Island dedicated to developing young musical talent, the Festival inspires the children of Canterbury to participate at the highest level in musical performance, both vocal and instrumental, fostering a lifelong passion for music.

A huge amount of effort goes towards the preparation for this event. Today the choir have been at their final rehearsal before their performance tonight. Wishing the Choir and Miss Booth a fabulous night tonight! 

Formal Dance - This week we have started learning the Rock and Roll. Students have done a fabulous job learning the Rock and Rock Reel, Line Dance and Waltz. Please feel free to ask your child to show you their moves!

Jump Jam - On Saturday the Jump Jam Magic team are performing in the National Jump Jam competition. Team members are Jessie, Emily G, Emily T, Grace B, Grace B, Laisa, Elaine, Noah, Maya, Ella, Elizabeth and Kaira. All the best to the team and Miss Booth! 

Bake Sale - Wellington Fundraising

The final bake sale for the year is on Thursday 9th March. Year 8 students please remember to bring your baking to school on Thursday morning.
