Take a look at what Hub 1 have been learning for PE and Integrated Topic this term!

In Hub 1 we have been loving learning about Water Skills for Life! We have learned some fantastic skills like, putting our head under the water, floating on our backs and stomachs, getting out in and out of the pool safely and getting in to the pool from the side. 

The pool is lovely and warm at 28 degrees! It has been wonderful to enjoy swimming on the hot days! Have a look at some of our photos below.

We have also been learning about plants and growing things in the garden. We have been learning about the life cycle of plants. We have been conducting an experiment called potato in a bucket. We planted potatoes in buckets at the beginning of this term and have been taking them outside and watering them in the morning when we get to school, and bringing them inside at the end of the day for warmth.
