Physical Education Week 4

This week the students have been engaging in physical activity by either playing a game that involves a lot of running or they participated in a circuit. 

We have tried to push the students. We wanted to provide an opportunity for them to give their best effort and we have been pleasantly surprised at how well they have coped with the high intensity workouts. 

We had activities set out that will help with:

1. Overall fitness

2. Skipping skills

3. Jumping skills

4. Running for a period of time non stop

5. Hand eye coordination
