As part of our positive behaviour initiatives our staff meeting this week reviewed our PB4L data.

The PB4L data is focused around the Big 5. The PB4L team review this data regularly to identify trends and areas for supporting students and staff with behaviour. This week each   team reviewed their team data from term 1.

The Big 5 is 

1. Average number of incidents per day per month

2. Types of problem behaviour

 3.Locations of incidents -Where are incidents occurring?   

4. Times in the day that incidents occur?

5. Students involved- How many students are involved?

This information enables the staff to discuss and develop action plans to minimise behaviour incidents.
