Formal Dance
We have dance practices 3 times per week and are beginning to perfect the dance steps that we have learned.
The dances being learned are -
Jennifer - I've enjoyed it because it's quite different from the dance I learn outside of school.
Jun - I've enjoyed it because I am learning new dances that I didn't know. My favourite dance is the Snowball Waltz.
Emma - My favourite is the Rock and Roll Reel because it is really fun. I like changing partners in the dance.
Rose I - My favourite is the Fox Trot because I like the song that goes with it. I am enjoying the dance lessons.
Zoe S - I like learning new dances. My favourite is the Fox Trot because it is got hard turns.
Ana - I think dance is fun, interesting and I have a good time at practices. My like that my favourite Ed Sheeran song is played for the Waltz.
We encourage you to get your child/ren to share the dances with you. Links to music are above to the songs we are using at school just in case they'd like to practice in the lounge!
