Our Māori Language Week will be held in Week 10 this term.

This year we are celebrating Māori Language Week at Oaklands School in the final week of the term. Our focus is around Matariki, the Māori New Year. 

There will be a range of activities planned such as a kupu/word of the day, sharing myths and legends, collaborative art work and optional activities during lunch times.

More information will follow as we get closer to the end of term.
