The Summerset Retirement Complex - the official opening.

Our Senior Choir was especially invited to perform at the official opening of the Summerset Retirement Village in Wigram on the last Wednesday of last term. It was quite an occasion and attended by residents and dignitaries from across the city. We performed in 2 places at the complex - upstairs in the Care wing of the complex and then downstairs during the official opening. It was a wonderful occasion and the senior choir looked resplendent in their uniform. As a bonus - the choir were all given 'goodie' bags to take away with them. The performance was much appreciated and continues the excellent relationship the school has recently developed with the retirement village. We look forward to going back to perform at the end of the year. A huge thanks to the parents who came to drive and support the choir. We so appreciated the time you gave us on that day.
