The school day starts at 8.55am.

Like adults going in to work, children need time to settle in to the school environment each morning.  Arriving at least 10 minutes before the bell at 8.55am gives children time to transition from home to school, follow the before school morning routine, greet friends and teachers, and set themselves up for the day.  There have been an increasing number of children coming in to school after the start of learning bell.  Please ensure that your children arrive before the bell.  A reminder:

- any children who are late are required to report to the office before going to class.  

- any absences must also be advised, preferably before 8.55am. Absences can be reported by calling (03) 322 8735 and leaving a message on the absence line, texting the school cellphone 021 1263058, using the school app, or using HERO.
